She took the time to communicate with my daughter and listen to her thoughts and concerns in a consultation prior to the appointment to make sure she understood exactly what she wanted, and kept that communication open throughout the appointment. She was so sweet, friendly, and easy to talk to, and it was obvious she truly cares about her work. It's been over a month, and the colors are still vibrant, showing no signs of fading.
