Took my daughter in for her 17th birthday she basically just wanted a trim and her bangs cut. She has curly hair we told them her hair shrinks when dry so we asked if they would cut her bangs a little long but they were cut way too short once her hair dried her bangs shrunk way above her eyebrows which the stylist assured my daughter would not happen.

Kami was our stylist today, she was amazing and the only reason I am giving 5 stars. She was the ONLY stylist in the salon which had us waiting over an hour. Kami was super friendly and apologetic for the wait but I feel she should have had someone to help her. It would have made our overall experience much better. Please do better for your customers and your stylist.

One of my sons got their hair cut by Destany and she did amazing, she was so friendly and personable with him as well!! I got my eyebrows done by Amanda who did a great job and was also very friendly.
