Happened to drive by and sign says Tuesday is Senior day and no waiting, just needed a hair trim so walked in. 3 people were on staff, I was greeted right away and got in and out within 15 minutes

A stylist at a high end salon didn't listen to what I asked for or pay attention to what she was doing. The layers were uneven and I was left with an ugly choppy mess.

Believing the only solution was to have my hair cut really short, I went to Great Clips for a basic bob.
Jessica took extra time to actually look at my hair, asked a lot of questions, and gave me several options she believed would work well with what was salvageable

Not only did Jessica save more length than I thought possible, she gave me a style that is well suited to my face shape, hair texture, will be easy to maintain, and can be worn straight or curly.

Went in yesterday and was served by Megan. I used their coupon but I would’ve paid $50 or more for the haircut. I walked in with a long, thick mess and she did a very good job on layering and shaping! Excellent service here!
