Got a tattoo in 2015 and I should have went elsewhere fist I told him what I wanted but instead of purple coloring I got aqua cause he said that was more like my skin tone he made my daughters name beautiful amd cursive but me sons name was block letters and the e was kind of far apart he was smoking a cigar and watching tv while he was working his kids ran around diaper less and the puppy pissed on the floor after the tat pt antibiotics soap on my chest then took off his glove and rubbed it in never again will I go back given off creepy vibes

Called this shop to ask if they were participating in Friday the 13th specials. The gentleman on the phone was completely unhelpful and flat out rude. Being told "we are an upscale location" and "we do not do ghetto things like that." Based on this interaction alone, this shop will not be getting my business or recommendations.

Called to ask if they do piercings, since I didn't find anything definite on the website. Was answered with a rude "no" and a click in my face. I didn't even get a chance to ask any other questions. If that's how business is done over the phone, I couldn't imagine how business is done in person. Complete turn off from this "business".
