Keaton Kendall from Terminix is so great! He always checks in before coming to our home to see if we need anything specific in regards to pest control. And when we have specific needs, he takes care of them! We are grateful for his hard work and great customer service.
Our representative, Keaton Kendall, has been doing an amazing job helping with all our bug and rodent concerns. He takes the time to discuss each of our concerns with us and then creates a plan that supports our needs. He is always on time, checks in with us when he arrives to ensure our dogs are inside before he begins his work, and ensures that he closes our gates before he heads out so that our dogs do not escape from our backyard. He even assisted in capturing rodents that had made a home in our old grill.
