My 8:00 appt. for roach treatment went very well. Professional service. My 10:00 was a no show w/no notice for delay. Called Orkin and had to leave message. 4 stars for roach treatment only.
The wife and I had our insulation replaced in our attic downstairs. Orkin went above and beyond on this installation. They showed up in a timely manner, put forth maximum effort until the job was completed, communicated flawlessly, and were extremely professional. I even had the pleasure of meeting the branch manager. She was exceedingly knowledgeable and delight to talk to. Her and her team went above and beyond. I will be using Orkin again for our second attic! 10/10
