The one thing I can assure you is Premier Custom Homes not only puts their customers first but also their Vendors/subs. Being an owner it is truly comforting to work with a company who cares about their vendors and that I can rely on receiving payment every other week for our completed jobs. We are in the process of building our dream home with Premier Custom Homes. If you have never built before first thing to know there will always be some headaches along the way, but it is how the company handles those that makes all the difference. Premier is doing a fantastic job, our superintendent either calls or comes out tot he job site at least once a day to check the progress o the build, and provide us with updates. He seems to be greatly concerned about keeping us within our budget, and if one of our selections happens to be over budget then he is working on way to either get it under budget or educate us on another option that will give us the same look but...read full review
