I requested a quote on Saturday and they responded in 20 minutes. We scheduled appointment for Monday morning. The tech was on time and sounded very professional and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my Thermador oven so it was an ignition problem. He had a part on this truck and he was able to get it done the same day. Super efficient and amazing service from Near Appliance. Will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors. Good job!

Andrew was one of the best technicians we have ever dealt with. He was on time and was able to diagnose the problem with our gas oven in short order. He also installed an external filter for the ice maker on our refrigerator. He is like a one-man crew as he completed both jobs quickly. Great attitude and a good communicator. We would recommend Near to anyone needing appliance repair.
