I had a fantastic experience with Ted’s Appliances. I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer from them at a really great price, honestly one of the best deals I found on used or refurbed units.
After installation, I ran into a few minor issues, but this is where they really impressed me. Their team was responsive, professional, and proactive about getting everything fixed quickly. They even provided a loaner unit while my dryer was being repaired, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Ended up not buying a fridge here only because there wasn't one small enough. But let me tell you-the older gentleman (Ted? I don't know) was so nice! Not pushy in the least just genuinely a nice guy.
