Simple service with an obvious outcome you want to see occur in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. King’s took care of a sizable rat problem at my property after residents next door (who did NOT take care of their house) moved out and nobody moved in, bringing the rats over to us almost overnight.

King’s took care of a real big issue within just a couple of months, setting traps and checking them as frequently as once per week, using more and more equipment as it was deemed necessary (the scale of the rat problem was incredibly bad). Without a doubt, the best and friendliest and accommodating pest/bug control company I’ve ever experienced. Communication is above and beyond (and I include all other types of businesses in that sentiment). Unless you’re a nutcase, you won’t be disappointed!

I moved to a house that had a lot of squirrels in the yard and was told my a repairman that it looked like possibly squirrels had been in the attic. I called King Pest to come check it out. John did an inspection inside and out. Fortunately, the only thing found was leftover rat bait that had been there for quite a while and no sign of squirrels or other pests. No holes were identified as entry points that needed repair. I was so grateful that King's was able to check my attic and house especially before the winter started. Thank you so much for all of John's help, it was really appreciated.
