We had our new home orientation today with Matt, and it was perfect! Super helpful, knowledgeable, and considerate in ensuring our experience was all it needed to be in the midst of the stress of buying a new home. It also helped that the house itself was in superb condition upon arrival, a testament to their build quality. Our sales rep, Eddie, has also been phenomenal, walking us patiently through the house building process and ensuring we were set up for success in going from dirt to home. We have used another builder in the past, and can attest that the customer service provided by Matt and Eddie were second to none, and the house quality is of the highest standard.
