“Bobby Waldron came out and was professional and definitely did not give me a sales pitch. He honestly told me what was going on with my foundation and left the decision up to me. No high pressure just facts so I was informed. I was not going with anybody but Ram Jack due to the way they put in piers. The crew came out and all worked together like clockwork. They were friendly and informative and showed me how my cracks were closing. They have an awesome system. Cleaned up and my plants looked fine even though they had been dug up. They were replaced and everything looked good. Don't believe these other companies that say they do the same thing. No they don't. Extremely happy with this company and their employees from start to finish. These days it's hard to find a company that stands by their work!“

“This was our first experience at this shop. The owner or manager came out to help us right away and was extremely friendly. We were in heaven with so much beautiful and unique rocks. Many lovely colors available. Such shunning one of a kind patio decore . A huge collection of rose rocks. There was so much to look at and choose from, it reminds me of a rocks and minerals museum. We worked on a small project so we picked up the materials, they helped us load our truck with our rock selection. We will definitely return again soon!“

They custom built our home during Covid and I waited to give a review because I wanted to see if they stood behind their Builder Home Warranty, and they did. The communication was great. The timeline was met. The overall build turned out amazing. We had our plans drawn up for a few years but could not find the right builder....I am a Realtor so I get the bonus of walking through homes every day and seeing the difference in quality between each builder was such a crucial part of our decision. One day I walked into a Manchester home that had a very similar layout to our plans we had drawn up and I couldn't believe it...it had everything we wanted....we were adamant on having a 3000+ sq ft home all on 1 level. Most builders tried to push us to do a 2 story but that's not what we wanted. When I made the call to Manchester homes, they never once tried to push us on to something else...The Owner said he could build anything we put on paper and he did just that :0) He took the time to speak with me over the course of a year before we signed with him....and that says alot about Larry. He cares. Not only did he take my phone calls for 2yrs years (from start to finish) but he was always so kind. He understands that this entire process is stressful and he truly is there to help along the way. He and his company will be recommended by my family to anyone looking to build a beautiful, one of a kind, custom home.
