When I arrived, the atmosphere was immediately calming. My therapist, Talia was very pleasant and made sure to ask whether I needed water or to use the restroom before the session started. She gave me a clear runthrough of what to expect and made sure I was comfortable before getting started. The session itself was wonderful. I didn't realize how tense my whole body was! For most of the session, Talia did her work and just let me relax with the music, but when I wasn't able to relax my leg, she guided me through that very carefully and calmly. At the end she asked how I felt. I, of course, felt great! I don't think I could've asked for a better first experience, and immediately booked another appointment.“

Held conversations and was comforting the whole time. She continuously checked to make sure she hadn't hurt me or things were ok.
