3 years ago I walked into this place after rolling the dice with SuperCuts and getting the worst experience of my life. Can’t even remember how I ended up in Vicki’s chair, but we connected instantly. Vicki truly cares about each cut, and she does everything possible to ensure that the customer is happy with it. If it takes a hour and a half of finishing touches/changes, she is happy to do it—and she ALWAYS comes in on her days off every week to get people in. Best Haircut. Even Better Human.
I came in expecting a great haircut. I left looking better than I have in years and somehow feeling like I had just spent time with an old friend. Melanie has an incredible eye for detail and genuinely takes pride in her work. She listens, makes thoughtful recommendations and doesn't rush you out the door. Every haircut feels like it matters to her. What really separates her from everyone else, though, is her heart. Melanie has done an excellent job any time she cuts my hair. I have only ever walked in without an appointment because I do not do well with planning, but I have been lucky enough to get Melanie each time for the last couple of years. Whether I wanted my hair short or long, she has done an excellent job with great service.
I marked the price at $20-40 but it would reasonably be $25 including the tip.
