“I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now and wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else. The only time I wasn’t satisfied with the design work done, they discounted the cost of the work done and credited it towards my next appointment. Their attention to detail and consistently meticulous work doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated by me. No nicked cuticles for me or wonky manicures. I get asked often if the designs I get are decals and people are pretty impressed that they aren’t. Highly recommend!“

“This past weekend I came here by appointment to use a gift certificate I had been given by my partner for my birthday, and Jennifer greeted us at the door. I had not fully communicated what it was I wanted to get so she went straight away to do a gel manicure, though I wanted to lengthen my nails. I was embarrassed by my mistake but didn't want to ask her to redo them, however, as soon as she realized the situation, she went straight to removing the gel and redid my nails, she helped me pick out the perfect length and color for nails and even painted my toes to match as well.

“Nina did my nails and I will be back for her. My first time here so im not saying anything negative about the other employees. My only experience is with the host and Nina. I am disabled yet dont look it. I have panic and anxiety disorder that comes with it so I dont get out of the house without my service dog. Normally I wait for him to be done but this time I was freeling brave and went to this salon. My talons surely were the talk, my dry skin from being medicated and the fact that I probably looked like a scared sloth. She took me in and made sure I was comfortable. Held conversations and was comforting the whole time. She continuously checked to make sure she hadn't hurt me or things were ok. The best part, I didn't tell her I was disabled and scared, she just took care of me because she saw I needed it. Thank you! I will be back for Nina.“
