Absolutely BEST customer service I have ever received at a nail salon, from California to Washington and here in Oklahoma. Darren was extremely patiently and kind, I was nervous to continually ask for shorter nails, if you've been to any nail salon you know commonly your request for changes or fixes are met with bad attitudes. NOT HERE!!! He assured me more than once, they are my nails and he was more than happy to accommodate. Darren did my full set & pedicure and honestly I will keep coming back for more! Truly impressed with this salon entirely. Friendly atmosphere, it's GORGEOUS inside, clean and the people are KIND and that's a huge plus. Can't recommend enough

The receptionist is awesome! He was so nice & kept checking up to see if I needed anything & tried to make conversation. They also give you a goodies basket with water, chips & a soda. At the end they gifted me a lotion. They not only do a good job but make sure you are taken care of ? They have a 10 day guarantee in case anything happens to your nails.

Wow YES FINALLY!!! I came here AS SOON AS THEY OPENED.. and there was already a customer or two in here… such amazing service not too quick and not a long while either. She took her time and did such classy, precise, and beautiful work. How did I NOT FIND THIS GEM BEFORE?? Idk but I’m soooo glad I did. And it’s close to home . Thank you Noir staff!! Beautiful salon, beautiful work, friendly staff, and superb experience!
