Hannah is so good! She is polite, apologies if she is running behind, ask if I need a drink, Remembers events I had 3-4 weeks ago & always ask about them! She calls me by name when I walk in. Always tells customers goodbye & come back. I’m lucky that my DIL referred me to Lucky Nails! The best I’ve ever been too in the last 30 yrs!!!!!
Always enjoy my visit to Lucky Nails. Ann was lovely, very professional. She kept my appointment for a pedi and mani on time The atmosphere was pleasant and the shop was very clean. I will definitely schedule again.
Out of town customer here for a drop-in service and I couldn’t have stumbled upon a better place! The service was TOP NOTCH! They greeted customers by their names and we all joined in conversation, laughed and had a great time! Beverages were offered, and great time was spent attending to each of us in the salon! I felt like a million bucks when I left!
