“I made a huge mistake and colored my hair with box dye. It turned my hair orange, and I was going for blonde. I stopped by Sally’s to get something to fix it. the employees recommended 12aa-b and 6v developer. Not trusting myself again I called the first place that came up when I googled salons near me. Tayton answered and I told her what Sally’s recommended. She said absolutely not, that will melt my hair off. Thankfully she was able to fit me in. Tayton and Chelsea worked together and fixed my huge mistake. I am extremely grateful that Tayton answered the phone cause you can tell she truly cares and loves her job. Chelsea did a fantastic job. She had other clients appointments and fitting me in, she managed it very well. If I could give a 10 star I would. They have gained a new customer!“
