“Absolutely love this place. Started going to Yoga at the Myriad Gardens a few months ago and Janil (one of the instructors) invited me to the studio. And the rest is history. Thanks to Janil and his patient instruction my passion for Yoga is growing and I’m getting better and better every session. The vibe is always right. The classmates are encouraging, no matter what level you’re at, you feel welcome. It’s definitely a judgement free culture. They also offer other services. So if you’re on the fence check out the website!!!“

“A friend of mine told me about Dr.Kevin and how well seeing him was helping her, so I decided to go see him. Wow, what an improvement on my range of motion in shoulder and some major pain relief in my shoulder blade. I hadn’t been able to turn my neck all the left in years and I can now look over my shoulder. I work out a lot and continue to see Kevin to keep me aligned.“

“Amazing workout, cool vibes, and knowledgable instructors. The building is over 100 years old with exposed brick and rafters, and it's Downtown right next to some amazing eateries and shopping. It's definitely a gift to our city.“

“Came to Yoga Nest for prenatal yoga and cannot say enough good things about Kat and what I’ve gained from this class in preparation of my second baby. I always look forward to going every week. She is so knowledgeable about not just yoga but birth. If you are pregnant, this class is a must to prepare your body and make you feel more at ease and confident going into your birthing experience!“

“I love this place! I was in town for the holiday visiting family and wanted to work out. I called around for some yoga plans and this place had a student week discount for $36 which was amazing. As everyone knows, Yoga can be expensive, and when you're only there for a little amount of time (I'm from Texas), deals are a must! I loved taking the class with Addie. She's bubbly, welcoming and a great teacher! The best hot yoga class I've taken in awhile, left sweating and feeling great. Small little place, but perfect for a yoga class. I was able to go 5 times out of the week, and it was great!“

“The address is an approximation, as the building is actually on the "not technically a street" part of Ellison in the old farmers' market. Find it by looking for the red door due west of Power House's patio. As a one-woman operation, Dharma Den has limited hours; currently three sessions a week - Sunday afternoon, and evenings on Tuesday & Thursday. Keep updated by following on social media. You won't find a bright, shiny, trendy overheated yoga studio here, which is one reason I'm drawn to it. What you will find is a space with soft, ambient lighting, meditative music, and a nice yoga flow that's restorative with a few challenging poses to keep you on your toes. There might be incense, and possibly a tiny dog, and when the weather is mild you may find yourself venturing out to practice in a nearby grassy spot.“

“I am very appreciative of Dr. Kevin and Dr. April, and cannot recommend them enough. I've been a patient of Dr. K for years, and I always receive the best care in my adjustments. I have some recurring issues and he's been helpful to get an overall plan outside of adjustments to keep me well and feeling good. I also received guidance from Dr. April throughout my pregnancy, which was very helpful. Both have adjusted our kids and are very thoughtful with them, always making sure they're comfortable. Their schedule makes it easy to get care when needed, even after work hours or on some weekends. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for keeping our family feeling our best!“

“Great gym! I mainly chose Lifetime for their child care, and it is WORTH it. The ladies who work in the kids academy are always so nice and my 2 year old enjoys going. I typically utilize the free weights, sauna/steam room. All amenities I have used are great and kept clean throughout the day. All the staff members I have came across have been very nice! Café is delicious.Highly recommended this gym, take a tour before hand so someone can show you around everywhere and explain exactly what all they have to offer!“
