“This was our first experience at this shop. The owner or manager came out to help us right away and was extremely friendly. We were in heaven with so much beautiful and unique rocks. Many lovely colors available. Such shunning one of a kind patio decore . A huge collection of rose rocks. There was so much to look at and choose from, it reminds me of a rocks and minerals museum. “4 stars - Update: Ground Zero installed a patch on the leaking area in the Storm Shelter. I had an engaging conversation with the repair technician, who turned out to be the owner, Richard. Regrettably, the patch did not resolve the leak, but he provided me with the necessary steps to initiate a replacement for the shelter.

1star - I contacted them regarding a warranty claim for my Storm Shelter, which is leaking at the seam of a weld. Two weeks later, they informed me that they were attempting to send someone out to inspect the issue and would contact me in the next few days. However, it has been two weeks since then, and I have yet to receive any response. I have left several voicemails, but they have not returned any calls.

Update to the owners’ comment. It takes two weeks for you to call and inform me that you’ll contact me in a few days, I don’t hear from you in that time and still haven’t. If it takes longer than two weeks, please let me know during the phone call and at lease get me add to the schedule to get it fixed. Just maintain communication with your customers. I’ve been diligently trying to keep the shelter dry, as you requested, but every day, I return home to find 1-2 inches of water in the shelter.“
