My parents recently used this builder for their retirement home and had such a positive experience that we decided to use them too. Landmark Fine Homes was such a positive experience for us. This was not our first rodeo in the home building adventure and I would not change a thing about the process. Landmark takes the time needed to help with the selection and building process. We would drop by during the building from the foundation, studs, plumbing thru to painting. If we had questions during any of the process we were met by our construction supervisor.
