Due to my neighbors having a line of fifteen trees between our homes, the roots cause me plumbing problems. Within a couple of hours, one of your technicians arrived at my home. I could see by the color of his face that he had worked hard that day in the heat. I offered to help carry the extra snake parts to the backyard, but he just smiled and said I didn't need to get my hands dirty trying to help him. He was fast, he was efficient. He was polite, he was friendly. He was funny. I had just found out a couple of hours earlier, that's my pit bull had end stage cancer. He had recently lost his pit bull and we bonded over our doggos.
