“This is by far the best service I have had. If you are reading this do yourself some good and go with Dense. My water heater went out 2 days ago. I was quoted by a separate company 2500 for an entirely new water heater. Dense contacted Shannon a plumber with them to come take a look at roughly 430pm. She diagnosed the problem within minutes. It was the gas control valve. Going completely above and beyond, she left, found the part, returned and installed it. The time was now 840 pm. She worked beyond her normal time off. She was friendly, and courteous the entire time. Felt like I'd known her forever. Dense has a new customer in me. I've already told other family. By the way they are local owned. I also get to support Oklahoma. I won all around. Special thank u to Shannon!!!“

“We called them for a same day emergency, a relative of mine tried to fix a blockage with a pipe snake, unfortunately the snake broke off in the pipe so we now had a clog and snake in our waste lines. I called the company and they expressed worry they may not be able to help but woukd try. They came out, looked, and even attempted to retrieve the broken snake with no luck, they apologized and said the job was larger than they are capable of but gave me three companies that had camera capabilities to get a better grasp on the situation, they then apologized again and left and did not charge. The reason i am leaving a five star review even though they did not solve the issue directly is that after contacting more than a dozen plumbers, they are the only ones that came out to look, made an attempt and did not charge me, that shows customer service that i could not imagine. Most companies flat out said we cannot help over the phone (when they called back) this company will be who we call for all future problems as they seem to care about what they are doing.“

“Dennis Plumbing is the greatest. They cam right out to replace my hot water heater then later on I called again and asked to replace a shut off valve. They dropped what they were doing and came right over and replaced them. I can't imagine using any body else for my plumbing needs.“

“There are many great plumbing and heating business in Enid with great service! Over the past 40 years we mostly have used Luckinbills from when Mr. Orville Luckinbill was owner, followed up with Dennis Luckinbill, and Now Trevor Miller. With the recent freeze we like others in Enid had pipes burst the plumbers were overwhelmed with workload. We experienced a rather large pipe burst in under our sun porch. Unknown to us because of location it was flowing for possibly 2 days.

When I called, was told scheduling was very challenging and they would try and come as soon as plumber was freed, up no promises, I understood and had city shut off water, and managed to control with sump pump.

At the end of most peoples day Colton Riley shows up traces burst pipe under sunporch crawled thru small entry in basement capped off burst pipe all done in about 2 hours. He left there to go on to other jobs, Not sure what time he got home, but thankful for that kind of work ethic and loyalty to a 75 year old Enid business!
