“UPDATE- Since writing review both customer service and the owner reached out to me to find a resolution. Although I was hesitant at first, the above and beyond customer service made me rethink my intial opinion of Glo. And im glad I went back ? Talked to the front desk they informed me it would be 30 min for the bed I wanted, told them it was okay just give me whatever bed was fastest. Que me waiting 45 minutes and about 6 people who came in behind me, going in front of me. The staff definitely forgot about me and missed me entirely. Ended up leaving without even tanning after waiting close to an hour. Very disappointed with the entire experience.”

“had a spa appt on 9/14 that I was looking forward to after a very long, stressful week. my masseur Cody was so unwelcoming that I started to just walk out. could just be his personality (or lack their of I should say), but his entire demeanor gave that he had no desire to be there, almost like I was burdening him by booking. could not relax and enjoy the massage, and it initially made me sad that what I had been looking forward to the most was ruined by the most nonchalant, uninterested massage therapist I’d ever encountered. I explained exactly how I felt to Jacob at the front desk who was so understanding, apologetic, and accommodating! Jacob was extremely helpful and hooked me up with a do-over the next morning. I went back on 9/15 after checking out of the hotel and wow wow wow I could write a book about GALEN! that was the absolute best massage I’d ever had. I even made a joke and asked if I could just spend the day with him. I was able to completely relax and drift off into the abyss. He was attentive, thorough, and helped release some sciatic pain I had been having. I can’t wait to book with him again. had Jacob and Galen not turned my experience around, it would have been 1 star. but they delivered exceptional service! thanks fellas!”

“I got microdermabrasion, red light treatment, and facials done by Celeste and it was AMAZING; so relaxing. Like a trip to the spa. I was seriously GLOWING for days. She really took care of my needs and was super comforting and helpful, sporadically asking me if I felt okay between treatments. She has a million certificates all on the wall, which was impressive, and it was such a soothing, clean, beautiful environment. 100% will be going back.”
