had a spa appt on 9/14 that I was looking forward to after a very long, stressful week. my masseur Cody was so unwelcoming that I started to just walk out. could just be his personality (or lack their of I should say), but his entire demeanor gave that he had no desire to be there, almost like I was burdening him by booking. could not relax and enjoy the massage, and it initially made me sad that what I had been looking forward to the most was ruined by the most nonchalant, uninterested massage therapist I’d ever encountered. Kim Love lives up to her name. She provides Love with every service! She goes the extra step bringing water to guests in the hot tub, all the while cleaning up refreshing towels, or anything else you might want or need.

I always know I'm going to have best spa experience with Kim around. Thank you, Kim for taking care of everyone and doing it with such joy! It is very evident, she loves what she does!
