UPDATE- Since writing review both customer service and the owner reached out to me to find a resolution. Although I was hesitant at first, the above and beyond customer service made me rethink my intial opinion of Glo. And im glad I went back 😊

Talked to the front desk they informed me it would be 30 min for the bed I wanted, told them it was okay just give me whatever bed was fastest. Que me waiting 45 minutes and about 6 people who came in behind me, going in front of me. The staff definitely forgot about me and missed me entirely. Ended up leaving without even tanning after waiting close to an hour. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

Have yet to be disappointed with a visit to Glo. It’s busy, but it’s to be expected. I walk in prepared to wait and it’s a nice little treat when the bed I want is available with little to no wait!!! The place is clean, the staff is friendly! Highly recommend!

I love the variety of service at Glo Tanning. The dry and wet saunas are so relaxing, red light therapy is a must, open face beds are so warm and relaxing, the spray tanning beds are astounding, and uv/red light tanning bed are tranquil. There’s an array of products and options of use. I love this place and the aroma is pleasant. Wonderful place.
