“We LOVE Shy & Journi!! We found Passion4Paws when we had an old, high maintenance Shih-Tzu and the ladies were SO good with him. He passed and we got two new Shih-Tzu puppies who we took right to Passion4Paws and have been thrilled with the service we received! The environment is peaceful and cheery, it’s not hard to get an appointment, they’re flexible when calendar conflicts arise, and the ladies are awesome at their job!! Ralphie & Bobo look amazing every time! They’re even up for something fun like we gave one a Mohawk-type cut once :-) Deciding how to groom can be confusing but the ladies do a great job with their consultation complete with visual aids. They keep great records of what they do each time so you can be assured the cuts will look amazing every visit. We love Passion4Paws and the ladies who truly use their skills and passion to make our little buds look incredible! Highly recommend!! Please notice the neckties as opposed to bandanas. Love!!“

“badass experience so far with our first time using a mobile groomer. my dads shih tzu is almost 13 (maybe older?) & he’s going blind & is very jumpy, sometimes snappy & even though he does ‘ok’ at past groomers we decided having him closer to home w his increasing age would be best & so far, it’s been awesome. not having to drive is a very cool bonus. our groomer has been ~Nevaeh~ & she’s a super delight. very sweet, thorough communication & max always looks wonderful & isn’t traumatized after. hopefully she’ll be around for a while because we wanna stick w her :)

we’ve had 2 visits so far & plan to schedule dad’s other dog for a groom. the process is simple, they just require proof of rabies, do everything online then they come right to you. prices are actually cheaper than i anticipated for a mobile company, they’re about on par w what we’ve paid at remote groomers, maybe just a bit higher, but remember, you’re getting the added convenience of not driving & having your baby close to home. beyond worth it (at least for an introvert who would rather not leave home 🙃)

“I just took in a rescue dog who is very sensitive when it comes to any grooming and will growl. I called to inquire about nail trimming and they were completely understanding and informed me to come in the next morning and they would notify the staff.

Let me say I was super nervous on how he was going to react but the staff there were amazing. I’m sure they do it like 80 times a day but when I say they were efficient, they were efficient! They did it less than 10 mins. Dog came back very happy like nothing happened.

“The school consistently does a great job on my dog. They always pluck his ear hairs and I have not had that experience at traditional grooming facilities. Though the inside is quite fragrant at drop off in the morning.“

Between my family and me, she has guided us through treatment for three cancer babies, always with compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication.

“My dogs love going to Memorial Crossing! When I drop them off my oldest runs right to the door, impatient to go play. No goodbye or anything. My younger knows she will get ear scratches and loving from the office staff before she goes in. I’m forgotten at that point, lol! This was the only boarder who understood my beloved Pippa (since passed) and her complex needs (she had fear and high anxiety). She loved it there.“

“I brought my dog here after touring with the NW Chamber. He has an ongoing skin issue that I’ve spent thousands at two Veterinary Clinics trying to treat. After one visit and a couple of injections, he has improved at least by 75% with a lot less licking and chewing. Dr. Martin also pulled his rotten teeth and he has since become a snack hound. His coat has come back good too. They came up with a treatment plan to alleviate his symptoms and it has worked. Dr. Martin is now my buddy’s Vet. The staff is polite, professional and thorough with appointments, updates and reminders. The lobby and patient rooms are clean and well put together also. This Pet hospital is the all around best I’ve visited since I have had pets.“
