Our mini schnauzer, Marley. has been a patient of Dr. Giles for 8 years. Most recently Marley was diagnosed with diabetes and Dr. Giles has been a God-send. He has spent a great deal of time reassuring me and educating me about insulin, diet, exercise and overall care. He has made a very trying situation tolerable with his calming bedside manner. I fully trust Dr. Giles. His support staff are incredibly kind as well.

Really friendly staff and vets. Quick in and out. As a bonus, if you live in the neighborhood just south of their building, it's really easy to walk your dog over, and you can walk through Duff Park after your visit.

My profile pic and closest friend for the last decade had to be euthanized. It was very difficult but they were awesome in helping me to understand why and making it the least painful it could be.Over the past 3 months I saw 6 different doctors at 3 different clinics and 2 different emergency rooms. The friendly staff and doctors here were the only ones who would tell me what was happening to my dog.I like the way they listened to my concerns and were ready to for action immediately. They weren't about to charge me a lot of money trying a lot of stuff knowing it would not be effective.
