Based on the reviews, Thorne Plumbing Heating & AC INC. provides honest and great work. The team is always professional, knowledgeable, and super nice. They answer every question and are very informative. Thorne’s workmen do a clean job, even laying a floor cover at the entry that keeps floors spotless. The installation itself is completed quickly and efficiently. They are able to identify and solve issues quickly, and they charge an honest price. The staff gives helpful tips and does not just try to charge people. They have handled A/C unit installations, plumbing re-routes, furnace and air conditioning replacements, and gas line runs. The team is remarkable and always a pleasure to work with. Thorne is highly recommended.
Thorne recently installed an A/C unit for me. I truly can't fully express how great the experience was! Thorne has always been wonderful to work with, honest and great work. Pat Durant recently came to my home to look at some plumbing issues and he truly reinforced why they are the best to work with. Pat was able to identify and solve the issue quickly and while doing so completely discredited another company had quoted me over $100k in repairs when they were able to come to an emergency situation before Thorne was able to arrive. Pat and the rest of the team at Thorne is remarkable, I cannot recommend them enough!
