From start to finish this was as good an experience for us as could be expected. We discovered that we had a leak in our main water service line. Brad came out to inspect the job and was here next morning with his equipment and crew. He told us we could expect $X.00 and it would take X hrs. He was on the money on both accounts. The job was done as anticipated and the cost was on point for such a big job! The staff at the office (Barb and Patty) were incredibly helpful start to finish and as friendly as could be! We have found our new plumber! A++++

With previous bad experience with another local company, Seward Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. Our central air fan was not kicking on and we made the call at 8 am and was given a time frame of 10-12 the same day. The tech arrived and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. Had the part we needed and fixed it and cleaned the unit within 30 minutes. And the price was very reasonable. Will definitely call them again for future issues as well as purchases and definitely would recommend them.
