Called out my husband for checking his phone while he was in the middle of his quote?? Our realtor didn’t know if the blocks were ceramic, (they were painted) and he got upset?? Unbelievably rude, we told him we would not ever want to do any business with him just because of how he spoke with us. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Complete charlatan. I bought a house with a transferrable lifetime warranty on basement waterproofing. Work done in 2008. I called Mr Irwin in March 2023 and advised of seepage and water issues. From first contact on phone, he was condescending, dismissive, insulting, and obviously not going to do anything. We agreed to meet at house to check issue. I went to house not once, not twice, but three times before he actually showed up. Apparently, the first two VERIFIED meetings were not important to him. Meeting him in person was even worse than the phone contact. He was argumentative, evasive, and confusing on what company DOES cover. So, if water is seeping in, but NOT on the floor- it is not covered. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. HORRIBLE. GUARANTEE IS A FRAUD. I will be reporting him to the better business bureau. I had to select a star to post this. I wish there was a negative star to pick.
