“Stopped in and Meiyi said that she had a cancellation and was able to take me. It was like fate. I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish and design. I was satisfied with the service. Thought the price was a little high but she works independently. Meiyi has great customer service skills, nice, accommodating and had great conversational skills. My one complaint is the spa seems disorganized and kind of messy. Would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for that and the price.”

“I had a Japanese Hair Spa at RU Brows yesterday, and it was a wonderful experience! 💆♀ Annie was so sweet and did an amazing job. The ear, shoulder, neck, and head massage was incredibly relaxing, and my scalp feels super clean and refreshed. Only missed the hair analysis as the machine wasn't available. Overall, loved it! ✨”

I Got my nails done two days ago, and they looked really good, but unfortunately the next day there was light chipping of the polish. They were able to get me in the next day and fix the nails and use a different method for zero charge! They came out looking fabulous! Have always loved this place and now even more!”

I'm just a normal working girl and almost fell out of the chair when I was priced 275 (not including the tip) This is by far the most I have ever paid - by far.far far the most I asked at the front desk how much it would be and she estimated about170 which was more in line with my previous visits there with other stylists. Shane was very nice and did a great job he put in a ton of foils, added a toner at the end and gave me a cut.I had originally asked him for a highlight with color in between the foils and he discouraged me from going that route because it would cost more. I shudder to think what that would have set me back. My hair looks very good but bring your wallet if you are going there...sorry but a very honest review”
