“An amazing experience, Jonathan prepared everyone with great cues, explaining why we needed to do the preparatory poses for the ultimate goal, handstands. His helpful rhetoric made this potentially intimidating experience pure joy and we were laughing and smiling at the end.

He made the challenge doable, and made the poses more malleable for all in attendance.

He taught me in my 200 hour teacher training and I hope to become half the teacher he is.“

“I LOVE the Yoga Factory! The teachers are so thoughtful and kind and go above and beyond to build community and comfort. It’s the perfect place to escape reality! The classes are great sizes, usually between 3-10 people, but sometimes they get a bit crowded like this photo (but I still have plenty of room for my practice). It’s a beautiful location, clean, and I’ve brought many friends here.“

“I just had a massage by Kari last week and it was amazing!!! It greatly decreased my post surgical pain and improved my mood. I will definitely be getting more massages in the future!! I have also seen the nurse practitioner for several years and she’s great!! She really listens and genuinely cares about how you’re doing. She’s very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously. They are very responsive if you need anything between appointments or refills. I highly recommend this place!!!“
