“I brought my 16 yr old daughter to OK Foot Massage for a full body athletic massage with stones and scalp/foot massage. First and foremost I want to impress upon you how truly kind they are. I brought my 4 yr old with me and we waited in the waiting room for the hour and I can not even tell you how sweet and good they were to him! My daughter is shy and a teen so the fact that she thought her masseuse was sweet, pretty, and strong is a high compliment. There was no wait when we were there and they gave each of a us a bottle of water as soon as we walked in and gave my son candy. 10 out of 10 on being great humans and the massage was a 10 too!“

“My partner and I came so they could get a massage and the gentleman there was incredibly kind, no attitude whatsoever. When you enter, there is an automated intercom that welcomes you and there is a sign in sheet up front. Its pretty straight forward but I didn't feel unwelcome at all! (And I'm a very anxious person who easily feels unwelcome anywhere) The atmosphere here is actually quite lovely and has beautiful paintings and posters on the walls.

The gentleman insisted I use the recliner instead of the chair by the door and gave us both water even though I wasn't the one paying for a service. He was able to make an appointment last minute (though you should definitely contact them to schedule) and the price is great. The studio is quiet and comfortable--the plaza is very busy outside but I could barely hear anything outside of the establishment, which is nice considering how noisy Columbus traffic can be. And because my partner was already face down, he verified with me that the timer was on the time requested, which was really cool. He makes sure to give you every bit of time you pay for. Very much recommend this place!

I also think that asking for a 20% tip is definitely fair. My partner came in barely able to lift their arms above their head and this man unlocked their shoulders and had them feeling refreshed in 20 minutes. This man worked hard and we are very grateful.“

“I have been going to get massage either from Emily or from Henry for a few years although skipped during the pandemic. They are both phenomenal at massaging and somehow they can find the bad spot without me even telling. As another reviewer pointed out this is not a spa salon but truly for people with body pains. They are very accommodating and you can make appointments easily by phone. I used to go to their website and make appointments online but somehow it doesn't seem to work right now. I have bad ankle, problems with my shoulders (had frozen shoulder on both sides) and back pain and they do wonders every time. Will continue to go. Recommend this place wholeheartedly!“
