Ethan our technician is amazing, efficient, kind and timely. We love our swim spa and use it 3-4 times a week. So when we needed a little a advice, Ethan was so prompt and kind to text me he was on the way. Agean Pools and Spas are amazing!!!!So many lovely times have been made in our swim spa as a family. We have had our Vita Spa (Prestige) for a few years now. It has been amazing and we haven’t had any issues until recently and needed to have service done. User error on our part in that our “oil absorbing” ball got sucked into the tubes and caused an airlock issue and a “heater is dry” error. We didn’t realize this was the problem until Ethan came out and quickly found this and got us back up and running. Ethan was on time, professional and friendly. He seems to really know his stuff. We would recommend Agean for your spa, parts and service. All the employees we’ve encountered have been knowledgeable and friendly over the past few years.

I bought my spa almost 3 years ago. It has been one of the most enjoyable and valued things I've ever owned. Agean has helped me learn how to take care of a spa in order to get the best use out of it. Their salespeople and technicians are very knowledgeable and personable. 10/10 would recommend.
