Love our hot tub from agean. Had a slight issue and Ethan their service guy came out and fixed it. He’s a great guy and very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed and replaced the parts immediately. I had spoke with him ahead of time so he had a good idea what was wrong and made sure he had all the necessary parts. Highly recommend agean if you’re in the market for a spa.
Ethan was very professional. He communicated with me to let me know when he was to be at my home and the specific charges ahead of my appointment. He was on time and efficiently serviced my swim spa, with no upselling. The bill was exactly as he stated. I was very happy with Ethan’s work and recommend Agean as a reputable company.
Ethan was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating more than a person could ever ask for in a technician. He answered every question with graciousness without even an inkling of irritation. Just a pleasure to be around! He was able to troubleshoot solve so many of the problems that I had created myself. If I ever had to replace my hot tub I would definitely choose Agean Bath and Spa because of Ethan. Highly recommend!
