Cleveland Clinic cares more about your money than you as a patient. They would not allow me to make an appointment without my new insurance card (which was in the mail). Had to deal with my place of employments HR to get the information I needed and call them back to make an appointment. Now the day of the appointment I arrive and they don't have a copy of my insurance on file. This is the kind of stuff that will drive you absolutely insane. Not to mention I'm at the doctor's office for some reason that's already got me on edge....

I have seen many doctors and nurses in these 2 buildings and all of them have been wonderful and caring. I mostly see the nurses in the chronic care office for iron infusions and they alwaysake me laugh and have great conversations withe during treatments. I don't mind going there for my appointments like I do with other places cuz this one is fun.
