We see Dr Aggarwal and absolutely love him! He has treated my dog and two cats, from wellness visits to illnesses. He and his staff are all kind, non judgemental, and really have your pets best intrests at heart! I never have to wait when I come in for an appointment, and I dont have to wait weeks to get in either. In fact, im usually the only one in the waiting room when I go, which is great if you have a fearful or reactive pet. They've gotten me in next day when my cat was sick. If your pet is sick they work with you to come up with a treatment plan in your budget. Very kind and compassionate. We had to put my moms and nephew's cat to sleep yesterday. Lucy was 17yrs and started to not eat, breathing really heavy and was hiding different places. I called at 3:30ish and was explaining everything and asked if we can please come in before they closed at 5 and they did say yes. Poor Lucy's quality of life went down hill fast in about a week, it was so sad. Everyone there was so nice. Did an exam on Lucy, explained a few things to us and how everything was going to go. Thank you again for seeing us the same day we called and for being so kind and compassionate. ❤Lucy's Family
We had to put our sweet cat down the other day and ALL staff were amazing. The first stand in vet was so confident and sure but also kind and compassionate with her diagnosis. I scheduled the dreaded euthanasia appointment but when I got home, I asked to move it up and I was put right on the schedule for the next morning. That morning, the vet assistant was so compassionate and kind and both she and Dr. Sweet didn’t even blink an eye when I desperately asked for a second opinion. After another exam, and time and patience to help me grasp that this is the end, the process was completed in such a peaceful manner.
