Jenn went above and beyond for our baby, Emmersyn, my husband and I. We cannot thank her enough for the compassion she showed us during the most difficult time of our lives. The way she cared for our daughter will be something we are forever grateful for. She kept us in the loop with every step of the process and allowed us to be apart of anything we wanted to be apart of. Jenn welcomed us and our daughter with open arms and treated us like family. Treasa has been cutting my hair for 3 years now. I definitely recommend giving her a visit. She's very conscious about the quality of products she uses as well as the health of your hair if you're interested in her coloring. I can't speak for anyone else in the building, however.

I own a business that was severely impacted by a tornado. I called Frost to come out to look at it. Their schedule did not allow for them to fix the roof themselves (a testament to the demand for their work). They knew this before the visit but still came out to offer guidance and expertise on what I needed done. Customer service like this is virtually non-existent anymore. This gesture by them should be recognized and commended.

I just want to thank the staff for their help today. My daughters school called and said she broke her glasses in gym class today. She had less than an hour before she had to take her state test. I picked up her glasses from school and brought them to the office. Unfortunately the frames were broke beyond repair but they were able to find a pair in the office that fit her lenses for her to use until the new frames come in. They saved the day because I was able to drop the glasses back at school before she had to take her test.

We got our golden doodle groomed here. She went to another grooming place before and we weren’t happy there. But now that we found these guys we found a forever dog groomer. They took great care of our dog, and she came home looking amazing!

went to melissa for 20 years she was awesome but she retired so i started goin to silver shears salon they were horrible and they were so RUDE not sure how they stay in business so i started goin to brailyns and casey now cuts my hair and has been for months now and she is awesome,super nice and does great job

My stylist was very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on how to best care for my hair/style. Our well pump died. Very knowledgeable technicians came out. Diagnosed why the pump died. Repaired that and replaced the faulty pump. Best water pressure we've had. In my opinion their rates are fair.
