Mirror image went above and beyond to make my daughter’s HoCo perfect. What could have ended in sadness for her, ended in pure gratefulness! Steph came back to the salon after leaving for the night tosave the day and make a 14 y/o very happy. Lena will do anything she can to make your experience great! Stephanie and Lena were amazing! They had an opportunity to make a young girl’s HoCo dreams come true or be crushed. They went out of their way to make her a very happy girl. Steph did a wonderful job on her nails and Lena was very accommodating.

So, sometimes there is miscommunication and things happen. Many places say sorry and move in. Not Mirror Image. These ladies went out of their way, above and beyond to make things right. Lena called Stephanie and asked her to come back into the salon to save the day. After a doctor's appointment Steph came in and did my daughter's nails beautifully. She took her time and did not rush! My daughter was ready to leave in tears and no nails. She left smiling with beautiful nails. She is ready for HoCo thanks to Mirror Image! Thank you SO MUCH Lena and Steph.
