I own a business that was severely impacted by a tornado. I called Frost to come out to look at it. Their schedule did not allow for them to fix the roof themselves (a testament to the demand for their work). They knew this before the visit but still came out to offer guidance and expertise on what I needed done. Customer service like this is virtually non-existent anymore. Frost roofing exceeded my expectations. Chad Dunlap was exceptional with customer service. He answered all my phone calls and always answered my questions as quickly as he could. The final product turned out perfect.
