This family owned and operated lumber yard holds it's own against any of the corporate juggernauts. If it's build related, they probably have it for a competitive price. Excellent customer service and reliable delivery. No reason to go anywhere else if you're in the Litchfield/Lafayette/Grafton area.
We’ve been using Deck Rescue since we built our decks in 2006. Originally with Charlie Simmons, then with Dave Hydock for the past 6 years and in 2024 we went with Anthony Lewis. This year Anthony and his crew power washed our sidewalk, driveway, brick chimney stack and an area on our roof that had moss growth. What a fantastic job they did on all the areas we needed cleaned. I’ve already started to discuss a transition for our lower and balcony decks for next year with Anthony. Our original semi transparent hickory stain will need to be replaced with a solid stain or paint and Anthony and Deck Rescue will get the job - that’s how much we are impressed with their products and services. Duncan family business used by all of my extended family. Gentle, kind staff & vets. Full service practice that did not push expensive procedures or medications as some vet clinics do. Told me exam did not indicate need for x-ray & successfully treated 11 day limp with anti-inflammatory pills. Recommended trying diphenhydramine (Benadryl) before buying prescription drugs for itching & it's 100% effective...@ only 4cents/tablet
