While waiting for a family member to be examined today, however, I heard quite a bit of gossiping and complaining from a member of the sales staff and found this to be a little off-putting. This practice is extremely well regarded and a long standing part of the community. I was pleased to hear from Dr. Bosner that this matter is going to be addressed.“
