“I purchased a pair of eyeglasses at Visual Care Assoc. using a prescription from another provider. After wearing the glasses for several months they just didn't seem quite right. I took them back and they verified the prescription was correct. Dr. Bickel offered to retest me and the results were different from the previous one. Dr. Bickel sent the glasses back using the new prescription and when I received them they were perfect. All this with no extra charge even though there was no error on Visusl Care's part. Dr. Bickel and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Visual Care Associates for all your eye care!”
