I first called Americas Best on Bethel Road, in order to cancle my husbands appointment, but confirm my own, which was scheduled just 30 mins later. Ann answered my call and she was very kind and understanding, yet professional. She got my husbands appt canceled, and gave me easy directions with land marks, and those are my kind of directions. Ann greeted me when I walked in. She smiled and called my name, and i felt welcomed. The store is bright and clean and everyone was very friendly. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the staff here at this location. I did a walk in, and although they prefer appointments, there was no issue with getting me in and scheduling my eye exam.
Everyone was very friendly, but I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. K aka Khaled. He was very friendly, has a great personality and taught me a lot of new information about eyes in general but also my eyesight. Things I would've never known. Amazing doctor.
