I've been to a number of eye doctors and Dr. Scullion is the first one who took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me identify what is happening with my eye. Other doctors sent me on my way with a prescription that didn't work, but she helped me get the answers and treatment to actually correct my vision.
I've seen 2 of the eye Dr's, here, and my 6 year old had her first exam, recently, and they made it so easy for her. The staff is very patient, as well, because she was excited to experience everything and she, as well I, took our time, picking out glasses. You aren't rushed or pushed to make a choice, which I truly appreciate. I've had frames which I've hated, in my years wearing glasses, so being able to take the time to pick a good pair is important to me. This is definitely my regular eye Dr's office, now.
My experiences at Riverside Eye Center, LLC, with Dr. Katie Skullion in June of 2024/2026 and Dr. Emily Herendeen in July 2025 were both very pleasant and commendable. Dr. Katie is a skilled technician who genuinely cares about her work and the community she serves. Dr. Emily is also a highly skilled optometrist whose intelligence and demeanor are top-grade. Their technicians and staff are also a joy! I highly recommend them.
