I get to express care during operational hours, but the window was closed. No sign, and the people at the other end of hall said that they was suppose to be open. Many people are waiting for the window to open for a long time. Then they come out and say we gotta check in at the end of the hall, where they just told us to go back to the window because it was open. So we all go back, I'm the first in line, but the lady took so long to check me in, that the person next to her checked in 5 people, who was after me. I wish I could give zero stars just from my experience with checking in! As a registered nurse, it was actually scary to be the patient that needed to receive care here. When you walk in there is a sign that states for express care pointing to the left and then another sign to check in for appts pointing to the right. I go to the left for express care and the window is shut. I walk to the first window on the right and asked “hi do I check in on this side for express care” and the lady barely was able to look up from laughing at phone and said yeah. I love the staff and service here but I’m giving 1 star since they can’t bother to update their hours on Google. Thank goodness my mother called to confirm. They’re only open till 5 Mon-Fri. Hope this helps others.
