EDIT: We decided to have Schaefer and Co. come out to fix the roof. They were right on time and spent maybe 30min discussing the issue with me and were very eager to get started. They have been working for 3 days now and seem to be replacing probably ¼ of my roof. We’ll see how it goes, but so far I’m happy with the way things are going. Adjusting my rating.

NOT happy so far. We got a new roof by Schaefer in 2021 because of leaks and we have had 3 leaks so far since our new roof. We just now discovered our 3rd. We're going to get a 3rd party inspection done and then possibly explore legal options. They were the highest bid, but we went with them because we thought they would do a good job (from past experience)..“
