EDIT: We decided to have Schaefer and Co. come out to fix the roof. They were right on time and spent maybe 30min discussing the issue with me and were very eager to get started. They have been working for 3 days now and seem to be replacing probably ¼ of my roof. We’ll see how it goes, but so far I’m happy with the way things are going. Adjusting my rating.
NOT happy so far. We got a new roof by Schaefer in 2021 because of leaks and we have had 3 leaks so far since our new roof. We just now discovered our 3rd. We're going to get a 3rd party inspection done and then possibly explore legal options. They were the highest...read full review
They did an excellent job of reroofing our home. It looks wonderful. The were professional from start to finish with integrity and follow-through. They are a reputable company and I would recommend them to anyone.
This company is so wonderful and professional. Every person that I came in contact with was very easy to work with and they all had excellent suggestions for the repairs that were needed on the house. I would highly recommend them for your housing upgrades or repairs.
