Great with 1 problem. I have been using Target Optical for years. I recently changed insurance to Cigna (medicare age) and stopped in to check on the insurance. Brandy told me Target doesn't belong to their network anymore. She told me to call them if I wanted to check. When I asked her "what was the last date I got glasses here?", she huffed and acted like I was putting her out. I did check and Cigna told me there had been no changes and Target was in their "network". I went back to Target and spoke with Marilyn, whom I have delt with many times, and she went on the computer and then called to verify the insurance. My lenses were fully covered. I would absolutely recommend Target Optical, but avoid Brandy!

Best experience I've had yet when getting glasses for a child... and this is the fifth child of mine wearing glasses.They even had books there for children going over character's first times wearing glasses!

I would give Marilyn 10 stars if possible! She is professional, sincere, and caring with a friendly sense of humor. She offered good advice while selecting my glasses without any pressure. I ended up purchasing prescription sunglasses as well. I will definitely be back!
