“I will try and keeps this review short and to the point, but this may be a challenge for me. A friend referred me to SMR HomePros after she and her husband had some work done. I verified the information with the BBB. Everything was good, so I called and Carlos Padilla came to the house to go over my plans for what I wanted done. He assured me that SMR HomePros could provide the services I was looking for. The "green lights " are flashing and I was getting excited. I placed my order and Carlos started the process.
I am an older retired woman and a veteran. I don't have money to throw away. I needed a my tub & shower replaced because I don't need a fall at my age. I wanted/needed a walk-in shower, I no longer had a need for a tub unit. I want to stay in my home as long as I can.
Everything went very fast and the job was scheduled. The weather had other plans. The weather caused the material delivery to be rescheduled 2 or 3 times. The remodel date finally came and workers arrived and got to work with great haste.
I haven't had much work on my house completed by anyone else. I have completed the repairs and remodeling up until this winter. I am so impressed with these gentlemen that came into my home. They worked as hard as I ever did. They didn't fool around and there was no slacking by anyone BUT ME!! I couldn't believe I was not in the middle of the mess. They continued to work straight through dinner hour, so I ordered Pizza for their dinner.
I am so sorry to carry you all down this long road, I just have never experienced anything like this before. The job was completed and the results are FATASTIC!!!!! These craftsmen even cleaned up their mess to include sweeping and mopping the floors. THANK YOU ONE AND ALL FOR SCH A PROFESSIONAL JOB WELL DONE!!!!“

Clayton came in two days to see the job I was interested in, 4 tube skylights. He returned in two days with estimate and to go over the estimate . I appreciated him coming back to go over the estimate step by step.
The workers were here on time. They were very clean . All debris were cleared. You would never know they were here except for all the bright light I get in my kitchen, bath, and hallway“

“Had my 29 year old roof replaced by Cox Roofing. They were on time, courteous, respectful and thorough. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs. They got my large roof torn off and replaced in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly and went around several times using magnets to check for stray nails. Can't say enough goods things about them.“
